Arts Administration Concentration, MBA

This concentration introduces students to the skills needed to successfully manage and arts organization. Topics that are covered in this concentration include budgeting, marketing and fundraising within the arts community. Other issues explored are board governance and the uniqueness of management of an arts focused organization.
Note: Requires all MBA courses except MBA-682 plus all courses required in arts administration concentration for a total of 42 hours
