This course provides an overview of seminal management theories and their relevance, applicability, and/or divergence from current business practice. The course explores various leadership and management theories that will help the students to develop a rigorous and robust perspectives from which to develop impactful solutions to complex management issues. The students will also examine Biblical principles related to leadership and management.
