This course focuses on understanding the topics covered on the Tax section of the CPA exam. Students will study ethics, professional responsibilities and federal tax procedures, business law, federal taxation of property transactions, federal taxation of individuals, and the federal taxation of entities. The structure of the Tax & Regulation section will be covered, and students will devise strategies to study and pass this section of the CPA exam. Students will be required to purchase the Becker Exam Review module for this course.
