The course reviews the concept of framing and reframing in the context of organizational behavior. The course will analyze the structure frame, human resource frame, political frame, and symbolic frame and their impacts on the
organizational behavior. Finally, the course utilizes reframing concept to formulate possible organizational solutions and leadership prescriptions into usable diagnostic tools and more effective action strategies.
