This advanced research course will provide students with advanced principles and critical strategic issues in strategic management and innovation in human resource management. Students will research and analyze viable business-level and corporate-level strategies and optimal business models. Emphasis will also be placed on researching and analyzing the importance of pursuing entrepreneurial opportunities and innovation to promote sustainability.
