This advanced research course will provide students with advanced principles and core concepts related to the importance of organizational behavior, performance, and evaluation. Students will analyze and evaluate the importance of organizational culture and the importance that behavior, motivation, collaboration, and resiliency are influenced and impacted in a new and changing global virtual environment. Emphasis will be placed on contemporary training and evaluation methods including but not limited to emotional intelligence, social intelligence, and creating an environment attractive to our diverse workforce.
