This advanced research course will provide students with advanced principles and core concepts related to the importance of talent acquisition, management, and succession planning. Students will analyze, and evaluate the development and implementation of best-in-class talent acquisition and management policies and processes. Emphasis will also be placed on the importance of succession planning as a key competitive advantage.
