This course examines current topics in project management, and provides a comprehensive review of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) guide. Topics include global project management, leadership, virtual teams and project information systems. In addition, PMl’s Project Management framework, which includes the 10 knowledge areas, 5 process groups and 49 processes are covered in preparation for the Certified Associate Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) ® certification exam, administered by the Project Management Institute.
