This course is a study and discussion of entrepreneurial finance. The course addresses the key components of financial information needed in planning for the success of a new venture. Students in MBA 667 will create a financial plan with accompanying financial projections for their chosen business. Students are expected to use Excel or other spreadsheet programs to provide three to five years of financial projections. The financial projections include projected balance sheets, income statements, and statements of cash flow. The financial plan includes PowerPoint slides or other visual media that would be presented to potential investors.
