Instruction in the writing process to develop skill in producing expository and persuasive writing, including the research essay. Emphasis on the Christian responsibility to use language effectively and ethically. Must be taken within first semester at Belhaven or immediately after completion of ENG 100. Must be passed with a C- or above to enter ENG 102.
