Explore policy, guidelines, procedures and ethical considerations governing administrative decisions within educational contexts. Investigate management and leadership of human resources, personnel practices and challenges prevalent in contemporary school situations. Review the roles of policy-making bodies, the public, professionals, paraprofessionals and general staff in recruitment, selection, retention and evaluation processes. Develop an understanding of the principles and issues for properly managing human resources within the school environment.
