This course addresses the political, social, and economic factors that affect a school’s relationship with various community agencies and constituencies, while developing professional administrative sensitivity to the various communities involved. Topics addressed include skill development in group dynamics and communications, attention to issues of social justice, fairness, equity, and student achievement.
