EDU 631 - Individualized Instruction for Children with Learning Problems (3 )

Analyze strategies that are appropriate for use in working with children with a variety of learning problems, such as a specific learning disability, intellectual disability, dyslexia, physical/medical issues, emotional handicap, and hearing/vision impairments.  Hone in on intervention techniques appropriate for use with students with learning difficulties.  This course replaces one of the Residency requirements in the MAT - ALT/CERT program when the student does not transfer out of the nonlicensure program into a licensure program.
