EDU 625 - Instructional Leadership Skills in the Classroom (3 )

This Capstone Course is required to be taken by all Master Degree Candidates: MAT and M.Ed. Hone skills and attributes necessary to establish and maintain a positive learning environment that maximizes student achievement. Teaching strategies and models of behavioral management, instruction, and assessment are emphasized. Candidates will also complete the required Comprehensive Paper: Educator as Servant Leader: Living and Modeling a Christian Worldview as a Reflective Practitioner.

PRE-REQ REQ or RECOMMENDED: Petition required from Department Chair.  This is designed to be the last course in the master’s degree process.
