This course will prepare candidates to become knowledgeable, collaborative teachers and leaders who use data and educational research to make effective instructional decisions for their students. Candidates will acquire evidence-based strategies to utilize at the elementary and secondary levels, along with the step-by-step procedures to implement them, in order to improve the learning outcomes of their future students.
