The Seminar in Strategic Management course gives students an in-depth understanding of strategic leadership, formulation, and management. The course focuses on the development of effective strategic plans and the implementation of these plans in a dynamic business environment. Students will learn how to analyze and evaluate internal and external factors that impact organizational performance and develop strategies that align with the organization’s mission and goals. The course covers critical topics such as strategic thinking, competitive advantage, and strategic implementation. Students will also gain practical experience through case studies and group projects.
