This seminar is designed to review, evaluate, analyze, and create leadership theories, practices, and models that fit specific organizational needs and scenarios. Students will thoroughly review scholarly and practical content from the literature and applied examples contained within case studies. Emphasis will also be focused on creating a correlation between leadership theory and practice with successful strategic management principles. (Strategic Management Concentration)
