This course is a study of reading problems, assessment procedures and use of test results; planning individualized instructional programs and differentiated instruction for struggling readers or English language learners. This course also includes a study of diagnostic instruments and procedures for identifying learning problems and planning remedial instruction appropriate for students in all subject areas.
