This Capstone Course is required to be taken by all Master Degree Candidates: MAT and M.Ed. The development of skills and attributes necessary to establish and maintain a positive learning environment that maximizes student achievement. Teaching strategies and models of behavioral management and instruction are emphasized. Candidates will also complete the required Comprehensive Paper: Educator as Servant Leader: Living and Modeling a Christian Worldview as a Reflective Practitioner
