Quantitative Reasoning is a survey of practical and quantitative topics in mathematics with an emphasis on problem-solving, critical thinking, logical reasoning, and applications. Topics include statistical reasoning, elementary probability, logic, number systems, problem-solving techniques, estimation, mathematical models, functions, and other analytical skills useful in real world situations. Throughout the course, an emphasis will be placed on mathematical applications in business and economics as well as on gaining competent literacy on quantitative information. Audits Not Allowed
